The operations team are supporting both the B2B and B2C channels running a fully digitised operation. We are currently shipping to more than 27 countries globally, growing rapidly, expanding our product portfolio, and always looking to continually improve our ways of working. Role Description

Reporting to the COO, your objective will be to develop and continually improve the digital operational infrastructure to enable a highly scalable and efficient international business. Develop the infrastructure into a competitive advantage for TAKT.

Key responsibilities and tasks include:

• Process developer on usage and integration of current and new processes and systems

  • Lead in setting up new processes or systems

  • Map current user requirements with current and potentially new systems

  • Identify the right solutions that match other systems and required time/costs

  • System owner on new systems until part or full transfer to super user

• Do smaller automations to improve the day-to-day operation

  • Super user on the Microsoft Power platform

  • Do smaller integrations and automations of processes with the users

• Project lead on larger implementation projects

  • Bring domain and process knowledge to project specifications

  • Specify projects including business case

  • Set up and monitor progress against project plans

  • Run transition process to super users

  • Follow up to secure that agreed progress are delivered.

• Manage the overall project portfolio

  • Run prioritisation process of new projects into the portfolio

  • Keep track on open projects to secure progress according to plans

Professional competencies, knowledge and experience

• Supply chain training on minimum BSc. level or equivalent experience.

• Programming experience preferably in JAVA scrips, JSON and XML files

• ERP-system understanding preferably in Business Central

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power applications

• General business understanding

• Commercial mindset – balance agility for new business opportunities with structure to drive scalability
