As TechBBQ’s HR manager, your responsibilities will include:
Maintain human resources: You will maintain records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
HR policy & compliance: You will ensure TechBBQ’s employment contracts, termination processes, and handbook policies are compliant with Danish regulations
Talent & HR budget management: You will own and allocate all spending related to hiring, people & talent software, and total rewards, you will also own negotiation with vendors and facilities to optimize the budget.
Creating a smart department: Creating and automating HR processes Scaling TechBBQ: You will grow the team by playing a hands-on role in filling openings, sourcing top talent, and building the long-term People & Talent roadmap that will help TechBBQ meet its strategic business goals.
Supporting act: You will help the operation team with Payroll and operational duties.
Talent mapping & restructuring: You will partner with founders to make necessary structural changes, and map TechBBQ’s growth over the next few years.
Employee relations: You will be a point of contact for all employee inquiries, and will be responsible for escalating and investigating inquiries when needed.

Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience

Are a people person, who loves to build relationships
Are fast at establishing trust and bonds with potential candidates
Speak and write excellent English
NICE TO HAVE
Start-up / Tech Industry / Financial Services experience
Past experience in recruitment.
Working knowledge of local employment law and HR Practices
