This is very much a "blank canvas" opportunity for the right candidate. You will draw on your prior experiences and be hands on, always leading from the front.

Things you will be doing:
Develop and implement a strong plan for top-of-funnel growth and movement through the funnel
Own our marketing tool stack to make your work efficient and scalable
Oversee digital acquisition, activation flow and retention activities
Drive our customer acquisition and retention strategy across PPC, SEO, paid social, and display campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities against agreed KPIs and make recommendations to stakeholders in-line with business objectives and priorities.
Making sure we deliver on our growth targets and diversify our lead sourcing with the strong outbound teams
Working with our Product teams to help deliver nuanced product stories that you think will resonate with Danish, UK and Nordic leads
In time, recruit, scale, and manage a Growth team that will put us on the map as the most recommended privacy management tool internationally

Able to hit the ground running and drive impact from week 1
Data driven and metrics obsessed
Be on top of new growth channels, tools and frameworks
Have founder-like mentality and have strong desire to win
A fluent Danish language communicator, with full professional proficiency in English
You have a keen eye for spotting trends, keeping up to date with the state of SaaS, LegalTech and b2b players, both in Denmark and internationally
