This is very much a "blank canvas" opportunity for the right candidate. You will draw on your prior experiences and be hands on, always leading from the front.

Things you will be doing:

• Develop and implement a strong plan for top-of-funnel growth and movement through the funnel 

• Own our marketing tool stack to make your work efficient and scalable

• Oversee digital acquisition, activation flow and retention activities 

• Drive our customer acquisition and retention strategy across PPC, SEO, paid social, and display campaigns

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities against agreed KPIs and make recommendations to stakeholders in-line with business objectives and priorities.

• Making sure we deliver on our growth targets and diversify our lead sourcing with the strong outbound teams

• Working with our Product teams to help deliver nuanced product stories that you think will resonate with Danish, UK and Nordic leads

• In time, recruit, scale, and manage a Growth team that will put us on the map as the most recommended privacy management tool internationally
