Right now we are looking for Finance Assistants to join our team at Scaleup Finance with possibility for a full-time position now or after end studies.

As Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for a portfolio of our clients - with direct reference to our Managing Director. You will need to ensure that everything in the finance function is prepared with high quality, from bookkeeping to reporting and financial statements.

You will be an important part of our new team operating in the field of startups, small companies and venture capital. We have a clear goal to alleviate all financial functions for start-ups, scale-ups and small companies.

Steep learning curve

You will be in close daily dialogue with our managing director, who has many years of experience with both operational and business finance. His main interest will be to teach you as much as possible in all disciplines of the finance function - so that you can best help our customers.

There will be plenty of opportunities to shape your development and climb the ladder to become Finance Specialist / Junior associate / Senior Associate etc.

Your primary tasks will be:

• General financial management - bookkeeping, controlling etc.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for our customers

• Potentially prepare Excel models - e.g. budget and reporting models

Your qualifications

Personality, drive and values ​​are the most important to us - we will teach you the things you need to know.

We imagine that you can tick off some of the following boxes:

• You are studying a programme in economics/finance

• Quality-oriented - deliveries are made with high quality every time

• Comfortable in Excel and possibly E-conomic
