In the Famly Marketing & Growth team, we’re looking for a CRO Specialist that can turn our website into the baddest customer acquisition machine the world has ever seen.
Obviously, that will take some effort - no arguments there. That’s why it’s worth mentioning we’re doing some great work already. However, we need you to join us in planning and running the next generation of Famly website experiments in order to reach our very ambitious growth targets for 2022.
You’ll join the team as the first ever CRO Specialist, working closely with our designers and project managers. You’ll also get to work with copywriters, video producers, developers and more, but we’ll ease you into that as you find your place in the team. The Marketing & Growth team is growing rapidly as we face several big markets all with different audiences and at the moment we’re hiring several specialists like yourself to go even faster.
With regards to location, we’d really love you to join Famly here at our Copenhagen HQ. If you're not here already, perhaps you're keen to move to the city that never rains? We can help you with relocating, getting a visa, and finding childcare (and a lot of new friends).
What you'll be doing:
With the rapid growth we’re facing we need you on board now to own the Famly website optimisation process. And what will that look like in detail? As CRO Specialist, you’ll:
Develop the overall CRO strategy for the Famly website ensuring improvement in acquisition conversion flows and engagement of existing customers for all markets (don’t worry our very skilled copywriters will help you with all the languages)
Conduct UX research on the site through both qualitative and quantitative methods
Ensure a high pace of testing of website experiments (A/B, multivariate, redirect)
Provide ongoing recommendations to help deliver on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website testing and user experience improvements.
Ensure 100% accurate tracking of experiments and overall website behaviour
Build test designs incl; briefing designers and building landing pages that convert top funnel prospects into happy and loyal customers
Document, analyse and communicate test results into data-driven recommendations
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Can work in English with ease (it's our company language)
Have relevant CRO or digital optimisation experience - ideally in a SaaS, fast paced environment
Know your way around A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, VWO or Optimizely
Are a master Jedi (or at least close to) in Webflow
Understand inbound multi-channel marketing, including SEO and know what excites, engages and convinces an audience to convert
Can juggle multiple projects at once, (perhaps even across markets) and still stick to deadlines
Are based in (or happy to relocate to) Copenhagen
