The job
You will be the right-hand of our Head of IT and participate in everything from Strategic IT Planning and Solution Designs to Implementation, Administration, and day-to-day problem-solving.
As part of the IT Operations Team, you will help build the entire IT Service Structure and have a hand in picking the IT Support Team.
Your tasks will include:
General IT Support
Project Management
Vendor / Solution Assessment
Network Implementation
Support SLA Management & Team Leadership
Procurement and Device Configuration
Documentation
DevOps Support
Professional qualifications
You have a few years of experience in IT Support and Server Management, a strong dedication to positive communication, and an understanding of demanding problem-solving.
The ability to take projects from the Concept phase to Implementation and support is key.
Experience working with developers in a Tech company is a plus.
You must have:
Windows & Linux Server management experience
Desktop OS expertise for Windows, MacOS, and Linux
Experience with management, migration, and implementation of Microsoft 365
Azure & AWS Hands-On experience
Understanding of Network & Infrastructure for complex solutions
Understanding of ITIL, Agile, and Scale concepts
Passion for Security-First & Cloud-First concepts
It is a plus if you have experience working with:
Writing code, scripting, or System Design
Atlassian Jira, Confluence, BitBucket
DevOps, DevSecOps & Certifications
WorkspaceOne MDM
Slack, Teams & Zoom
Okta
