Do you want to be part of our Venture Scout Team? Accelerace is searching for a new Venture Scout to be part of our team – We are 14 people in an intensive and fun environment that will provide you with valuable knowledge about the global startup environment.

We are searching for a candidate with passion towards startups, perhaps even some experience in starting one themselves, who is motivated to learn new things quickly and not afraid to fill in the gaps in our small team.

Your tasks will be to

• Lead the outreach process on different channels (SoMe, E-mail) and other channels with our advanced outreach tools

• Search, identify and analyze startups globally

• Engage with the best startups through competitions, accelerator programs, databases etc.

• Evaluate start-up applications and recommend startups for our acceleration programs, investment and corporate partnerships

• Prepare presentations and market research to our corporate partners

• Participate in team meetings, sharing best practices in the team

The right candidate

You like analyzing and screening markets in order to provide data to make evidence based decisions in spotting the most promising startups. You are good at communicating, attracting and motivating startups. You are motivated by knowing how to spot, attract and motivate the right startups through targeted marketing and communication. You are analytical with a structured mind and you have commercial understanding, knowing that it is seldom the best technical solution that wins in the market place, but the one that knows how to make money. You take responsibility and engage actively in your tasks with the ambition to deliver better than expected, always adhering to deadlines.
