You will be:

• Taking a leading role in conceptualising new products alongside our clients

• Designing and developing flows, working prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visual designs

• The main point of contact with our clients during design phases

• Working closely with the engineering teams to ensure a high-quality implementation and perfect user experience

• Running an open design process from idea to implementation, where sharing your work and soliciting feedback from your peers is a natural part of your workflow.

You may have:

• 2+ years of experience designing user-centric native mobile apps

• Experience with design systems

You do have:

• A portfolio of shipped creative mobile product designs that showcases your visual and interaction design abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills English – Danish is optimal but not a requirement

• Experience with presenting both your work, the thought process behind it, and the value it represents

• Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions

• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to think holistically about a product

• Experience in working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment

• Professionalism with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Your day begins with a nice cup of coffee and a friendly good morning to your colleagues and team members. You will take your place in the talented Design team, where sparring, humour, and professionalism are key. You will quickly discover that everyone is on a first-name basis and that the intern’s ideas are just as valid as the team lead’s.

You will never get bored of the same old task since we at Shape have many different projects and clients, however, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of projects and be trusted to stay on top of them. And learning by doing is a concept we believe in very strongly.

Shape is located in Islands Brygge close to public transportation and the harbour, where both summertime and wintertime swimming is enjoyed.
