Hi, we are Nordgreen! We are currently looking for an ambitious student who is studying in Copenhagen, Denmark, and would like to join the Influencer Marketing Team as an "Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Assistant - Western Markets". In this position, you are able to build your skillsets and knowledge in influencer marketing from one of the fastest-growing watch companies. As an assistant, you will be responsible for researching, recruiting, and communicating with influencers on behalf of the company for brand promotion. You will get to learn various tools for influencer recruitment, sales, and performance tracking, as well as data analysis and reporting for influencer marketing!
Also, you will be working cross-functionally to help the brand deliver a localized marketing strategy for our key markets - US, Germany and several smaller markets across Europe. You will be responsible for recruiting and communicating with German-speaking influencers on social media. Thus, we're looking for someone who speaks fluent business German.
We are looking for someone to star ASAP for 37 hours per week.
We'd love to work with someone who enjoys what he/she does at work. So please only apply for this role if you are genuinely interested in influencer marketing - of which the main responsibility is to build and manage partnerships with YouTube, Instagram, and Blog content creators for brand awareness and sales.
Major Responsibilities:
Reaching out / negotiating / building partnerships with Digital Influencers for brand awareness (e.g. YouTube, Blog, Instagram, and Talent Agencies)
Analysing and reporting influencers' performance using Google Analytics
Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the Global website
Developing strategies for new customer acquisition, as well as broadening brand reach and brand awareness
The Candidate must be:
Ambitious, result-oriented, fast learner, data driven
Know the social media and fashion trends very well
Keen eye for quality and detail for content creation
Full business proficiency in English and German (French-beneficial)
Proficiency in Excel & Google sheet is an advantage
Experience in Google Analytics, Shopify, Ahrefs, Dovetale, or Copper is an advantage
