Being a Creative Strategist at Abel
In short, you will be solving problems with creativity and imagination.
Unfolding that, you will be an advisor to our clients by developing both strategic and creative solutions, while driving selected projects forward.
That means scoping and planning the project in a way that enables us to deliver the right solution. You lead the qualitative and quantitative research on elements such as the clients' business, the culture, customers, competitors, media landscape and environmental threats/opportunities, distilling that into insights and customer journeys. Based on that you formulate brand and communications strategies. You are also the one writing the creative brief and throughout the project you help guide the creatives in their work towards answering the creative brief and thereby solve our client's problem.
You will have your own clients, for whom you are the main point of contact.
A part of your job will also be winning new clients by pitching solid ideas.
Qualifications
Basic:
Minimum 2 years experience with communication or strategy in an agency
Preferred:
Experience working in a creative agency and with creative teams
Experience in project management
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
