We operate worldwide and are looking to strengthen our position in the US market even further. You will be responsible for building our online presence in the US market for both our flagship brand, About Vintage, and our newly launched sister brand, Oliver Green.

THE ROLE
About Vintage Group is currently looking for a full-time employee to build and grow our brands in the US market. The team behind About Vintage Group are passionate entrepreneurs with excellent brand building and marketing skills. Developing brands in a new market requires an outstanding can-do attitude as well as an ability to be persistent and relentless why we hope to find these traits in our new candidate.
You will be responsible for creating impactful local campaigns and relevant marketing activities to the US market and manage your own marketing budget. We offer a role where you can take ownership and drive own marketing projects and initiatives and manage them from start to end. You will work closely together with the other country managers and rest of the marketing team. Your native language is English and/or speaking it fluently.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a targeted local go-to-market strategy
Manage all steps of the local marketing and sales activation in the US market
Be responsible for driving own local country campaigns in close collaboration with our creative- and performance team
Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic to our US websites as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.
Build and handle both ambassador, influencer- and paid marketing activities in the US market
Responsible for the country marketing budget
Be part of developing our US websites
Work with the rest of the About Vintage marketing and country management team to identify new growth opportunities and ways in which to improve our brand reputation and presence in the US market
Deliver best in class customer experience partnering closely with design and editorial teams to brief and build engaging product pages that provide the consumer with relevant information, advice and conversion opportunity.
Knowledge Required
Sales and marketing experiences with a proactive & growth mindset
Great commercial knowledge and understanding
Skills & Qualifications
Preferably experience and knowledge with the US market
Understand and interpret market & consumer trends for decision making
Ability to translate strategic initiatives into operational plans and manage projects effectively from start to end
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar environment
Experience working within a proactive and customer focused environment
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with ability to present and sell projects/ ideas (influencing skills)
Take ownership and drive own tasks
Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics is a plus
