We are looking to bring in a Head of Sales that will lead our country managers, account executives, and BDR's.
This role demands an experienced sales leader with high ambitions, and the ability to coach, lead and mentor our people. You will report directly to our CEO. The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Responsibilities:
Your main focus will be on ensuring our new business and upsell pipeline is healthy, growing, and effectively managed.
Hiring, training, coaching, and leading a sales team across Account Executives and BDR's. The team is +10 people.
Working closely with Operations, Partnership, Product & Marketing to reach targets and ensure predictable growth.
Assisting sales team closing/negotiating larger enterprise deals and managing your own selected pipeline.
Further developing a scalable sales process from prospecting/demand generation through contract execution.
Leveraging CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.
Qualifications:
You know SaaS sales and can lead a team of senior and junior resources. You have a minimum of 3 years as a leader and multiple years doing SaaS sales.
You know how to motivate a team and help each of them reach their targets.
You have done enterprise SaaS sales before with an impressive track record of results.
While you are able to think strategically, you are also an executor.
You have a good knowledge of digital marketing and/or selling to marketers.
You know several sales methodologies and are used to value-selling.
You have great communication skills, are analytical, structured, and curious. You have lots of drive and energy.
You are fluent in English.
