Talent Garden is Europe's leading innovation platform and co-working network with +18 campuses across 8 countries. Our ecosystem includes thousands of talented people in startups, SMEs and large corporations, as well as freelancers and Innovation School alumni. Besides co-working, Talent Garden delivers training to individuals and companies (the Innovation School), as well as creating partnerships and organising large-scale events to help grow the local digital ecosystem and support organisations on their innovation journeys.
We have ambitious goals for the upcoming year, and we are looking for an outgoing and energetic team member to join our journey in a Sales Representative role. You will be working towards B2C and B2B, with our School team, our Corporate Transformation team and our Campus team.
The main working areas for the position
Call leads within 1-3 days of their application to our Innovation School courses
Call and support leads who are “stuck” in the funnel
Reach out to potential customers, book meetings, and convert leads to clients
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the leads
Identify decision makers to begin sales process
Build relationships with potential customers
Update our CRM system
Coordinate sales with our global HQ (weekly updates, growth meetings etc.)
Market analysis tasks
Become an expert in our brand, business, and product
Track and monitor the sales process
Sales process optimisation
Find alternative ways to boost leads
Sales analysis and recap
Who we are looking for
2+ years of proven success in sales is an advantage
Proactive, energetic and willing to learn 360-degrees
Digitally savvy and interested in the Tech Startup world
Tons of empathy in your pockets, with a keen interest in supporting our customers
Excellent communication skills with many different target groups
Positive and troubleshooting team player
Autonomous and proactive professional with an entrepreneurial spirit
A problem solver, able to act both on a strategic and a tactical level
Fluent in English, Danish is a plus
