The opportunity

This is an opportunity to be central part of the exciting scale-up phase of a company with big ambitions. You will join a growing team of 10 experienced and ambitious people based at Nomad Workspace.

You will become an important part of our core team and your main objective will be to ensure our Danish corporate clients’ success. You will be responsible for our portfolio of new and existing clients which include Novozymes, Falcon and BoConcept - among others. You are a success when a client renews their subscriptions for another 12 months, when they score our contribution 10 out of 10  and when your work makes a client expand their engagement.

You are super customer-oriented and strong at communicating. You are a natural relationship builder and structured project manager. You are extremely service-minded and always goes the extra mile to make clients happy. You have a big Interest in corporate culture and how to change it for the better. You have experience facilitating workshops and know how to ensure clients achieve the value they are seeking.

Your responsibilities

• Onboarding new clients - which includes facilitating workshops with key stakeholders to define their success criteria and ensure all participants get a smooth first time experience.

• Ensuring clients’ success by constantly being on top things and communicating the value created to key client stakeholders.

• Gathering client insights and working closely with our sales team to identify expansion and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a related role e.g. customer success, account management, or other.

• Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to communicate with C-level or equivalent professionals.

• Fluent in Danish & English

• Experience with corporate change processes is a plus.
