Kontainer develops DAM (Digital Asset Management/ Image bank) & PIM (Product Information Management)with customers like Bolia, PING, Viessmann, Georg Jensen, Universal, Plantorama, Jeudan + 200. Kontainer is sold as SaaS (Software as a Service) to B2B customers globally.
We are growing rapidly and seeking a Head of Growth to build a global presence across Europe and US. We have high ambitions and we are looking into years of fast growth with the goal of accelerating our international expansion and increasing our global impact.
The position
Our new Head of Growth will play a key role in setting the marketing strategy together with the founders and lead the marketing efforts generating and nurturing inbound leads through online marketing activities. It is therefore essential that you are comfortable in managing a broad range of tasks and acknowledge that small teams sometimes have multiple tasks.
You will be building the brand and owning and defining the marketing strategy and execution, creating content and systematically track marketing effectiveness and conversion rates.
Your main responsibility areas will focus on building awareness and generating qualified leads to the sales organization, including:
Set the overall marketing strategy and budget
Manage social media strategy and execution
Run all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM and growth hacking activities
Attract and nurture inbound leads through content marketing, PPC campaigns and email automation
Track and monitor lead conversion
Own our Marketing CRM (Active Campaign or Hub Spot) and other relevant analytics tools
The position can be full-time or part-time.
About you:
You are a marketing genius and have 3-5 years of full-time experience with B2B marketing and Growth activities as listed above – ideally from a SaaS company.
In addition, you can see yourself in the majority of the points below:
Passionate about marketing, creative and motivated
Proficient with Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Proficient with Google Analytics & SEO tools
Experience with Active Campaign, HubSpot or similar
Experience with Leadfeeder or other similar lead generation tools
Responsible and detail-oriented
Good English communication skills.
