As our new creative digital product designer, you create outstanding visual and interactive experiences for our product and services. At Mover you will get to work closely together with a new and highly skilled team of other designers, front- and backend developers, data scientists and marketing creatives who all work to delight customers, make logistics smarter, and reduce waste.

Your responsibilities and tasks will consist of:

• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders – especially developer teams.

• Lead end-to-end design processes from mock-ups, prototypes, and final implementation.

• Maintain consistent UI/UX and design across our services and platforms.

• Deliver recommendations to optimize user experiences.

• Work closely with customers, product owners, business specialists and software developers on new product developments.

• Develop and define design guidelines across platforms to ensure excellent user experience and coherency.

• Ensure Continuous improvement of user interfaces.

What you need to make a difference

We are looking for a self-driven and creative designer that thrives in a busy environment. The best candidate is well-organized, has an eye for details, enjoys brainstorms, and teamwork with frequent sharing of work in early stages of the project.

Most importantly, our new colleague is highly skilled in creating extraordinary product design. Not only are we looking for a skillful employee, but we are also looking for a friendly colleague with a positive attitude and a strong team spirit.

We don't expect you to be the answer to everything, but you need to be able to tick several of the following points:

• A relevant higher education in digital design.

• Previous work experience with designing user interfaces or products in a Tech-company.

• 3+ years of experience from a similar role.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your work process and deliverables of designs for web and mobile-based products.

• High proficiency in English and strong communications skills.

• Proficient in Figma/Figjam/Sketch and Jira/Confluence.
