Holodia is building HOLOFIT, a VR fitness software platform that published HOLOFIT on Oculus Quest store in January ’21, and is soon to launch on the Pico Interactive store. Our goal is to make fitness fun and create the World’s most addictive fitness software product using gamification, amazing VR content, and AI-driven virtual coaching.

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager who will join our management team. You will work in a fast-paced start-up environment, where we value results over appearances.
Job description
Holding a key position in our company, you will:
Report to the Company COO and Co-founder and partner with the core team, taking ownership of our product vision, product development roadmap and its execution.
Create and manage the production schedule (e.g. level art, UI, effort gamification, mission, in-game economy, gameplay rules, etc.).
Track, monitor, and analyze the production schedule; rescoping & adjusting strategies when need be.
Oversee both Content Development and TechDev teams, ensuring fast-paced delivery of product milestones and content release.
Provide your teams with all they need to work efficiently and achieve quality (documentation, tools, pipelines, reviews, communication channels, etc.).
Organize the approvals and debugging of deliverables + keep team leads up to date on progress and issues, sync up to ensure consistency, remove blockers, and mitigate risks.
Participate in future recruitment to build your team + foster their professional growth and career progression.
Carry out quarterly and annual performance evaluations of your team members.
Your experience includes:
Management experience in the VR industry or as a Production Manager in gaming/VR.
Work experience on at least 1 shipped game or major game content in a production role.
Experience managing teams that worked on apps published on Oculus Quest Store is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with project management software e.g. Jira, knowledge of agile software development principles.
You have the following:
BA in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
Knowledge of development on the Unity platform, in VR and in particular on standalone headsets.
Ability to balance shifting short-term priorities and long-term goals.
A highly collaborative, attentive, empathetic, and solution-oriented spirit.
Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Critical thinking, curiosity, resourcefulness, and plenty of flexibility.
This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible. Work is hybrid (from our office in Copenhagen and remote) or fully remote, our development team is located in France and Serbia, and our business development teams are in Denmark and the US.
You must be fluent in English, knowledge of French is a plus.
