Kahoot! is looking for Student Worker to join our Customer Success team within the At Work segment working with the Actimo solution.

Description
As a Student Worker in our Customer Success team you will work closely with the Customer Success Managers and help drive both ongoing and new projects. The position is based out of Copenhagen and you will be part of our International Customer Success Team and report to our Director of Customer Success EMEA.
We are a flexible bunch of people and do understand you might need to adapt your schedule around exam periods. What you will be doing
Run customer projects alone and with other Customer Success Managers
Drive customer reports
Run customer training sessions
Gather and structure content
Help bring our best practice and use cases come to life towards our customers
Build content on customer platforms as part of projects
Assist the Customer Success Team in ad hoc tasks
Preferred Qualifications for this position
You are studying at a bachelor level or higher but it is not a requirement for the role
You love working with people and get highly motivated by helping others succeed
You have strong communications and graphical skills
You can display a high degree of emotional intelligence
You speak and write fluent English
You are tech savvy and like to work with IT solutions
You are interested in starting a career within Saas
