Description
As Associate Customer Success Manager you will work closely with a Senior Customer Success Manager and be responsible for the success of the customers in your portfolio. The position is based out of Copenhagen or Oslo. You will be part of our International Customer Success Team and report to our Director of Customer Success EMEA.
This is an entry level position for our Customer Success Team and as such we will offer you a steep learning curve where we will help you develop your skills and competences over the next 1-2 years. The Senior Customer Success Manager will act as a mentor and work with you towards taking the next step and getting a portfolio of your own.
What you will be doing
Consult and challenge our customers towards reaching their business objectives using Actimo resulting in high retention, growth, and loyalty.
Assist Account Management and Sales in Gaining, Growing, and Retaining our customer base through Presale, Onboarding, Adoption, Renewals, and Expansion activities.
Advocate the value of driving outstanding Employee Engagement, Culture, and Learning in the non-desk space.
Plan and host Business Reviews and Commercial workshops.
Come up with scalable activities to inspire and train our customers in employee engagement.
Build on our services and product offering by working closely with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing.
Push the status quo for Employee Engagement and help Actimo become the market leader.
Qualifications for this position
Preferably you have an education at a bachelor level but it is not a requirement for the role
You love working with people and get highly motivated by helping others succeed
You can display a high degree of emotional intelligence
You speak and write fluent English and Swedish, Danish or Norwegian.
You are tech savvy and like to work with IT solutions
