We’re looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Manager to be in charge of our Engineering hiring activities in Copenhagen. Worksome is in hyper-growth mode and it’s a fantastic time to join us on this journey!

As our new Technical Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be supporting Worksome by finding and engaging top Engineering talent from around the world and providing amazing candidate experiences. In this role you will partner closely with our Engineering leadership and our Talent Sourcer to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process and help build a strong employment brand. You love to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders - working with people is one of your strengths!

About the job 

• Sourcing, screening and managing candidates through our hiring process

• Team up with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and act as talent advisor on market trends, compensation and processes

• Use data and insights to drive conversations with stakeholders and TA team 

• Focus on Diversity and Inclusion when building pipelines and as part of the entire hiring process

• Promote our employment brand through online channels and involvement with external events

• Collaborate with Head of Talent to develop recruitment strategies and hiring plans 

• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience

About You

• Proven experience in full-cycle Tech recruiting, talent sourcing and employment branding

• Passionate about people and building relationships

• Team player with a curious mindset who is innovative and loves learning

• Experience building Engineering and Tech teams at scale

• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

• Excellent communicator with an interest in knowledge sharing 

• Interested in new business models, platform economy, exponential technologies

• A few fun facts, cool hobbies, geeky side projects, own blog or passions is a big plus
