In 2022, we aim to continue our aggressive growth throughout Europe and into North America, and your role is to help us grow our impressive customer base.
About the Role
Working as part of a multinational team, your role as Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be to work with and learn from some of the most talented sales professionals in Europe.
Your daily activities will include outbound sales prospecting via multiple channels, including cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking.
You will also support the Account Executives with scheduling and following up on meetings, and also gain valuable experience by participating in some of the meetings.
We work with weekly KPIs that are focused on your activity levels and meetings booked, but unlike many organizations, we’d rather focus on helping you convert more conversations into meetings rather than increasing activity levels.
We're looking for ambitious people with 6+ months of experience in a similar role, who are interested in technology and hungry to learn (we don’t hire know-it-alls).
You'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, and sometimes high-pressure chaotic environment where cool heads are needed.
You should have experience with CRM systems, and some knowledge of working with other sales tools such as Linkedin, GSuite, Zoom would be an advantage.
And last, but certainly not least, you need to be a team player who can add to the very unique working culture we’ve created here at Ocean.
