Blazar Capital is looking for a talented and ambitious HR Assistant

You will be working at our office in Copenhagen on a team with more than 15 nationalities in a vibrant international and fun environment.

We offer

The role gives you a great opportunity to use your knowledge from your studies in an international company. You will gain insight and experience in the daily tasks of corporate HR and your main responsibility will be to support all core HR tasks and processes. You will be part of the HR team at the Blazar office and will be working across various teams of dedicated colleagues who all enjoy a fast pace and daily challenges. You will have vast opportunities for learning and taking on your own projects.

You will report to the HR Manager.

Among other interesting tasks, your responsibilities will be:

• Performing operational tasks in connection with the employee lifecycle

• Assisting is recruiting new talents

• Maintaining and updating HR systems and files 

• Playing a vital part in optimizing and developing our HR protocols

• Executing on team building and social events

• Supporting on various benchmarking, analysis, regulations and reporting

• Daily communication with employees

• Participating in various ongoing HR projects and process development

• Performing general support to the HR Manager

You are interested in learning and trying new things, and you are eager to bring your ideas to the table. You are passionate about people and HR operations, and act with our employee's needs in mind. You will be perfect for the position if you

• Are currently on your bachelor studies or just begun your master’s degree

• Have a passion for HR operations and all facets of the employee lifecycle

• Have knowledge of the Danish Funktionærlov

• Have a strong sense of ownership and see projects to the end

• Are very structured, detail-oriented and able to keep deadlines 

• Are service-minded, proactive and full of initiative and ideas

• Appreciate working in a multicultural environment; with English as our corporate language, fluency in English is a prerequisite. Danish is a big plus.

• Have excellent MS Office skills

• Have a positive and empathetic personality

• Know that no task is too small and you take pride in being a team player.

Compensation

We offer a working week of 2-3 days (15-20 hours) with more hours required during busy periods. Furthermore, we believe in freedom and flexibility under responsibility so the office hours can be adjusted to accommodate your school schedule and exam periods.  

We are convinced that an optimal working environment requires an excellent social atmosphere across both departments and companies. As an employee you have the opportunity to participate in join the common breakfast on some Fridays and our monthly Friday Bar, or take part in some of the other social events planned throughout the year.
