What you'll be doing
As Customer Success Manager at Accutics, you'll be the main point of contact for our growing customer base, ensuring that customers are delighted with the Accutics platform and get the maximum value of our products.
Here’s what your role will focus on:
Build a strong foundation for our customer success processes. You will design and execute a customer engagement model covering all account management and renewal processes at key customer touchpoints. This is an exciting role with the potential of evolving into a Customer Success Lead that will set the example for the entire CS team
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key account stakeholders. You will conduct regular checkpoint calls/meetings to familiarize yourself with how our customers leverage Accutics and learn about their unique business objectives and marketing analytics challenges
Drive overall account health by ensuring product adoption and platform usage velocity, as well as identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and renewal risks. The KPIs you will be measured on are: account retention rate, net revenue churn, speed of ramping up customers
Act as a trusted advisor. Support account expansion by proactively interpreting customer needs, anticipating their business goals and helping them to achieve them. You will also gain referrals and identify case studies opportunities
Advocate for our customers to our internal stakeholders and share valuable account insights with our Product, Sales, and Marketing team. Customer feedback is an important part of our product development, and your insights will play a key role in creating new features and services
What we expect you to bring
5 years experience with account growth and stakeholder management from a similar customer-facing role (Sales / Customer Success), ideally from the enterprise B2B space
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization and partner up successfully with multiple stakeholders
A flair for analyzing technical concepts and customer challenges and translating them into business opportunities
Experience working with and building successful relationships with cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of marketing analytics technology ecosystems and online media buying strategies
CRM management experience is a plus (we are using Salesforce)
