About the position:
As we recently moved from being a traditional translation agency to a SaaS company in translation, we are now establishing a new Customer Success department to support and help our clients by making their journey smooth, memorable and happy.
To achieve this, we are looking for several enthusiastic and empathetic people to join our team as a Customer Success Manager based in Copenhagen.
The goal is to keep the department running efficiently and profitably, increase customer satisfaction, loyalty & retention, and meet their expectations. You will be working in a fun environment with a young and dynamic team that loves to celebrate achievements.

Main Responsibilities:
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Onboarding of clients into our new platform (LaaS)
kickoff and driving internal onboarding efforts across multiple teams
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Inbound support and build an after-sales relationship with clients
Drive upselling, renewals and minimize churn
Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Skills that make you a good fit for this role:
Excellent command of English and fluency in at least one of the following languages: Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, German, French or Dutch.
Customer service orientation
Strong client-facing and superb communication skills
Working knowledge of customer success software, databases and tools
Ability to think strategically
You are a team player who wants not only yourself but the team to succeed
Proactive mindset - you are continuously looking for new opportunities and challenges
You must be a great multitasker who can juggle more than just a few balls simultaneously
