Software QA & Test Manager (permanent contract)

We are looking for a strong Software QA & Test Manager to be part of building the technology solution and gateway for European Car Trading of the future. The role can be based in Copenhagen or Vejle but you occasionally need to be in Vejle with the IT team for a couple days a week.

AUTOproff is a car trading SaaS solution for the professional market. We are growing fast and serve more than 6,500 customers across the whole professional value chain in several European countries. Our mission is to make it seamless, secure, and more attractive to trade used cars, and we are looking for the right profile to join our journey.

As our new Software QA & Test Manager at AUTOproff you will be responsible for securing the highest standards within our platform and solutions.

Your mission is to be responsible for the test strategy and test quality. Your daily work will largely consist of planning and follow-up on test activities. You act as a lead during the test phases, and ensure reporting and progress of the tests, just as you plan and document functionality and system tests in collaboration with the other stakeholders - both internal and external.

You will be part of the daily project management, on one or more projects and will - together with your management colleagues - be responsible for ensuring the customer an IT solution that works, realizes the expected gains, and not least delivered on time and budget.

You will report to our Interim CTO, Lars Bøtker Farsø and be instrumental to IT and Product function.

Let's dive into your key responsibilities. You will

• Support and motivate your internal and external stakeholders to maintain a strong focus on testing

• Ensure that the test work is carried out in full synergy with other activities through the best practice method

• Quality assurance of deliveries, as well as daily sparring and professional support

The need-to-have

• 3+ years of experience with test and QA on Test Specialist og Test Manager level

• Proven track record with IT projects and test engineering, including experience with test tools and automations

• Great skills in project coordination and test planning

• Good communications skills in both verbal and written Danish and English

• Danish residency and work visa

The nice-to-have skills

• JIRA and JIRA Confluence usage experience

• Web and/or App Test automation such as Cypress, Zephyr and Selenium

• API automation (Postman, SOAP UI, JMeter, Katalon Studio etc.)
