Podimo is one of the fastest growing Podcast & Audiobook platforms in Europe. We’re looking for a campaign manager to join us on a journey to drive and increase user engagement through local, inspiring and relevant CRM campaigns, as well as meaningful user experiences in our Nordic regions: Denmark and Norway.

About the role:

You will be part of the Global Product team located in Copenhagen, but on a daily basis work closely with the Danish and Norwegian teams. 

You will create local CRM campaigns that promotes Podimo's exclusive content to drive and support growth, engagement and activation. Through weekly newsletters, push notifications and in-app pop-ups, you will create engaging content targeted specific segments, that users want to interact with. 

You will report to the Global Head of UXR & CRM, Christina Urban Sørensen, and together with the rest of the CRM team, you will own local ad-hoc CRM campaigns in Denmark and Norway. Interested? Then read below.

What you'll do:

• Promote new nordic shows and premieres through CRM to different user segments to ensure high engagement, retention and winback

• Plan, create and execute on local ad-hoc momentum campaigns (Example: Christmas, New Years, Valentines, Summer Holiday etc)

• Track the performance of your campaigns to create insights that can improve and optimize your campaigns going forward 

• Collaborate closely with the local team (Denmark and Norway) on which shows, offer and message to promote and activate 

• Test new ways to communicate through messaging, creatives and segmentation - primarily through email, push and the in-app channel.

• You will dig into the details with engagement, retention and winback and synthesize findings for executive presentations.

  
  

What we are looking for:

• You have a degree in marketing, communication or business 

• You have a commercial and creative mindset 

• You are a go-getter, passionate and have a strong can-do attitude 

• You are a team player who likes to work alongside different people and stakeholders on various projects 

• You are structured, organized and like to plan ahead to create a clear overview of your tasks and projects

• Understanding of testing techniques (A/B, multivariate) and methodologies to advise with execution and provide insightful results

• Strong written and oral communication skills – (Danish and English) Some people might even say you are a copy wizard! 

• Experience with ideation, creation and execution of CRM/Marketing campaigns and managing the briefing process 

• You like working in a fast paced start-up culture excites you and you have an inclusive personality

• You have experience with CRM systems (Clevertap, Braze, Leanplum)   

• Experience from an app-/digital subscription based business is a big plus

• Passionate & knowledgeable about entertainment, audio content and media is a big plus.
