We are looking for an Office Manager & Assistant for our Copenhagen office. This exciting new role will have two missions. Firstly, you will be responsible for effectively managing the office supplies, including food, beverages, and other needed equipment. We expect you to keep track of the budget and the inventory. Secondly, you will support the team with administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, organizing social events, travel and accommodation, and ad-hoc tasks of the CEO.

Maintain office supplies inventory by monitoring stocks, anticipating requirements, and creating a system to seamlessly place orders for day-to-day business operations
Use the Google Suite tools to keep track and analyze the expenses and improve the use of the budget
Support scheduling of internal or external meetings, and be ready to take notes in some meetings
Collaborate with the management to proactively offer innovative organizational strategies to maximize office productivity
Organize social events within the office and out
Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as candidate interview scheduling, arranging business trips, and coordinating translation files with freelancers
The right candidate:
Has excellent English & communication skills
Has good knowledge of Google Suite
