AltaPay is looking for an experienced Agile Coach (Scrum Master) to facilitate and serve the efforts of our e-commerce payment solutions team in Copenhagen. The team is developing a platform built for enterprise merchants, combining acceptance and reconciliation of major card brands and alternative payments, and simplifying the payment process for merchants.

You will be responsible for:

• Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality;

• Helping the team focus on creating high-value increments;

• Helping; the team identify and remove impediments

• Facilitating scrum events and ensure they take place in a positive, productive and time-boxed manner;

• Assist the Product Owner in defining Product Goals and maintaining the Product Backlog;

• Assisting the team in creating clear and concise Product Backlog items;

• Together with the Product Owner to Facilitate stakeholder collaboration
