Adversus has experienced exponential growth in the last years both in the demand of our product and the company itself. Today, we are a total of 30 co-workers, with 20 of us located at our headquarters in Aarhus, where everything from developing the SaaS solution to sales and marketing is carefully catered to customers worldwide.
Adversus’ solution is an all-in-one call center platform that supports our customers’ needs for an effective, structured, and data-driven daily routine. Usability within UX and UI is key to our high user satisfaction.
Adversus' platform is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) to which we continually focus on optimizations, automation, and further feature implementation. It ensures that both our software and team are working as effectively as possible.
What will you be working with?
Your primary responsibility will be supporting our customer base through all available channels. Solving issues and reporting bugs or trends within our application will be tasks you'll encounter as well. In co-operation with our support team, one of your core responsibilities will also be testing out new features with our dedicated team of developers to ensure our features meet our internal Quality Assurance parameters.
You will have experienced and capable developers right at hand who are always ready to help on more complex and technical matters. However, it is still a great advantage if you understand technical integrations between different systems, including how APIs and webhooks work.
You will have ample opportunity to evolve both personally and professionally by continuously taking more responsibility for the overall goals and business processes. That is why we would like you to have a curious approach to learning new things - and that you are not afraid to take responsibility.
The tasks you will be facing are:
Work closely with our development department in testing new features
Customer support on phone, chat, and e-mail
Creating support articles and content related to new features
Documenting new feature capabilities
Solving problems associated with using our application

You have experience working with software and like finding quirks within it. You have no issue in talking with clients and strive to solve their problems. As a person, you have a natural curiosity and you love working with teams. You are fluent in English and are located near Aarhus, Denmark.
