Begin your professional career in business development and/or marketing with BSE.
Black Swans Exist is expanding to the German life science market – and we need your help! The life science industry is the most important industry in the world. Our job is to ensure that the life science companies have the right talent to keep developing life-saving treatment methods for patients everywhere.
We are ready to do great things in Germany with our brand, our process, and our promise. We are looking for a German student in Denmark or Germany to continue performing business analysis and co-develop our strategy for the BSE brand to successfully enter the German market. Not only will you be working on the initial market analysis and identifying business opportunities; if the right match is there, we hope you want to join us full time and become a central figure for our German journey once you’re done with your studies.
With us, you will have autonomy over your tasks, and your work will play a significant role in how we enter the German market. You will become part of a small team, from which you can expect support, dialogue, and collaboration, either in the Copenhagen office or remotely, depending on your location. At the beginning of January, we’ll move our HQ to a bigger office in Østerbro, Copenhagen, where you are more than welcome to spend your working days and join the rest of your future colleagues for fun social events.
We are a young start-up in growth who wants to develop you according to your professional interests. Whether you want to develop your business development skills or try your hand in branding BSE in a new market, you can foster your ambitions with us. To us, the most important thing is that you are interested in learning and taking responsibility for the tasks and that you are ambitious enough to take the leap while growing into an even more challenging role as we expand to Germany – eventually, becoming a leading Business Development and/or Marketing figure in our German department.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Research and analyze the German Life Science market
Scan the German market and produce a list of potential clients for our consultants
Communicate our brand from English to German:
Translate/align content on the DE website
Identify the optimal channels for introducing the BSE brand to Germany
Determine target groups and give input on these for marketing optimization
You are…
A Master student, studying business, economics, marketing, or similar
A German native speaker with excellent written skills
Great at written and spoken English
Independent, ambitious, and you take ownership of your tasks
Work hours: 10-25 h/week (flexible).
Start date: ASAP (January 3rd at the latest).
Location: If you work independently and take full ownership of your tasks, we are flexible with your location while you’re still a student. Ideally, you are located in Copenhagen, but you can also work remotely. When you enter a full-time position, you should be prepared to re-locate to either our HQ in Copenhagen or our future office in Cologne, Germany.
