We’re a growing team based in Copenhagen and the Netherlands, and we’re looking for a Partnership & Sales Lead (B2B) to join us on our journey.
Welldium is a venture-backed HealthTech startup on a mission to support the shift in the focus of our healthcare system from treating symptoms to addressing root causes. We help holistic healthcare practitioners by supplying their patients with high-quality supplements in a more convenient way. We bring transparency to the fragmented supplement industry.
The job
As Partnership & Sales Lead in a growing startup you will have the opportunity to work on the entire sales process - from defining the sales strategy to taking inbound sales calls. We think this is the beauty of working in a startup environment and look for someone who shares that thought :)
Responsibilities
Finding and acquiring new practitioners. For that it is a big plus if you have experience with the following:
3+ years outbound and/or inbound B2B sales experience
Establishing and maintaining partnerships with larger clients
Leading a team of sales professionals
Tasks
Define and execute Welldiums’ sales strategy to hit our acquisition targets
Perform inbound sales calls
Establish global partnerships with educational institutions and associations
Work closely with the rest of the growth team to continuously optimize our growth efforts
Understand our customers and feed insights back to the rest of the team

Get energy from speaking to potential clients and love to understand how we can solve their problems
Have (minimum) a bachelor’s degree within e.g. Business, Marketing, or similar
Are eager to drive a positive change in the healthcare system
Are ambitious, have a strong inner motivation and a positive mindset
Have a winning attitude - knowing that there are easy days and hard days and the ability to get through them both
