We’re a growing team based in Copenhagen and the Netherlands, and we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to bring our platform to the next level. 

Welldium is a venture-backed HealthTech startup on a mission to support the shift in the focus of our healthcare system from treating symptoms to addressing root causes. We help holistic healthcare practitioners by supplying their patients with high-quality supplements in a more convenient way. We bring transparency to the fragmented supplement industry.

We are growing very fast - onboarding practitioners across most European countries and are ready to build Welldium 2.0. We need a creative profile to lead the design of the new platform and be responsible for the ongoing UX/UI in our product.

Responsibilities 

• Own the design of our digital product end-to-end: from conceptualization to visual design, following design principles focused on the user needs

• Conduct design research: application of research techniques such as usability tests, ethnography, benchmarking or co-creation

• Conduct user research and user testing

• Design of graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

  
  

You will be a good fit if you have.. 

• The ability to take ownership and work in a structured manner 

• A portfolio of design projects

• A great understanding of user-centred design methodologies

• Skills within interaction and visual design

• The ability to deal with some level of ambiguity

• The ability to successfully communicate design decisions to stakeholders

• Agile/Scrum experience

• As a plus - an interest in running or assisting in user research
