We are looking to expand our Product & Tech team with a Product Manager for Rokoko CARE, reporting directly to our CPO & Co-Founder. This role is key in driving our activities in the healthcare industry, initially focusing on empowering patients to recover faster and more efficiently from injuries through our Rokoko CARE solution. The solution is based on 4 years of international research and is now starting to be tested with beta-testers with the goal of bringing it to market in 2022. You will play an important role in bringing the product to the market. You will be based at our Copenhagen office and lead the product development in close collaboration with our care team consisting of engineers, designers, and a physiotherapist.

The ideal candidate will be driving both long-term visions and short-term operational work of Rokoko CARE. This is a unique opportunity to join a company with strong traction in the scale-up phase. We offer a steep learning curve and an ambitious and international work environment.

What you'll do

• Define and drive overall product vision, strategy and metrics for the team.

• Be responsible for the day-to-day operational priorities and overall planning within the product team. Meaning planning sprints, doing work breakdown, backlog grooming.

• Work closely with the team to identify problems, opportunities and solutions that will improve the experience for our end users.

• Collaborate with a team of product managers in the Product & Tech department as we continue to evolve our products and technology.

• Build and foster relations with internal and external stakeholders to receive input, get feedback, and keep all informed.

• Work with drive to ensure your team is focusing on the right things, balancing short versus long term needs.

Who you are

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with agile development teams building B2B SaaS software products.

• You are a great team leader, caring both about the physical & mental health of individuals and the technical health of the team’s products.

• You have strong communication and project management skills

• You have knowledge of how to build healthcare-friendly software tools and optimize and innovate healthcare practices that today are very analog and face-to-face driven.

• You enjoy participating in technical discussions and decision-making in the team.

• You are a go-getter. You can inspire change, adapt quickly, and enjoy a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

• It is a plus if you have a fundamental knowledge of biomechanics or similar subjects and/or direct experience from the healthcare industry.
