Purpose and scope:
We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager for our rapidly growing US market. You need to have experience in handling large business partners, since we want to entrust you with managing our top 5 partners in the US.
This role requires an individual with a strong background in Partnerships Strategy, Account Management, highly motivated and preferably from the sports tech industry, accompanied with the ability to build relationships to immerse themselves into the dynamics of a very successful company.
Our team of Partnership Account Managers (PAMs) is dispersed throughout the globe, which means we value the diversity and unique collaboration that’s fostered through a remote team. Work along a team of four PAMs in the US to strengthen the performance of our largest market globally.

What are some of the high impact opportunities you’ll tackle?
Crafting annual business plans, collaborating on targets, and regularly reviewing progress against those targets with large partner accounts
Support key Partners by understanding their customer’s needs and adapting our Partner models to cater to those needs
Scaling revenue growth of new and existing partnerships. This role is a 60/40 split between the expansion of revenue with existing partners, and recruiting new key accounts
Coordinating training, marketing, and enablement programs with strategic partners
Conducting sales presentations with partners to customers and prospects
Pre-planning for and developing post-event nurture content at networking events to drive scale with key partners
Build the organizational network through targeted outreach and strong project planning
Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergies
Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics
Identify, build and strengthen partner relationships throughout a customer's journey to drive awareness and adoption of Veo.
What we expect from you:
Minimum 3 years of ecosystem/channel experience with strategic partnerships with a strong track record of establishing and implementing such partnerships
The ability to be analytical, strategic, and results driven with a strong commitment to success and excellence
The capacity to be a strong, capable leader, with the presence to motivate and influence at the highest level
A solid understanding of channel strategy and how alliances can create value for the business
Strong project management skills
A data driven account management approach
Excellent track-record from affiliate sales in an international environment
Good business network in the US market with a strong ambition to keep expanding this network
Results oriented and relationship builder
Experience working cross functionally
Creative, persistent and outgoing personality, eager to learn
Quick and resourceful, team-player, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills, and an eye for detail
Available to travel up to 50% of the time
