Do you want to help us shape a new – more sustainable and inclusive – way of developing cities? If you love approaching challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset, have a good eye for numbers, and get a smile on your face when thinking about being part of our journey from the beginning, we’d love to hear from you!
Real estate and the urban environment have a profound impact on all of us. We spend 90% of our lives inside buildings. And by 2050 almost 70% of us will live in cities. The built environment enables life, community, and culture. But at the same time, it fosters loneliness and health issues. It counts for almost 40% of global energy-related CO2 emissions. It is the biggest living expense for most people. And nowhere is growing inequality more visible than in how we live.
To overcome the challenges of population growth, climate change, growing inequality, and social unrest, we need to move to a more conscious and responsible economic model. A model, that is market-based, but not at the expense of people or planet – and with long-lasting impact. We are a new European real estate company setting out to develop urban communities with sustainability, inclusivity and liveability at its core.
Our purpose and vision
We are convinced that real estate can be transformed into a power tool for social change and have founded Home.Earth with a purpose to inspire and change real estate to serve the whole.
We develop inclusive and sustainable urban communities designed to enhance life. Through our projects, we want to demonstrate a path towards an equitable and responsible business. We do not have all the answers yet, but we aspire to join forces with likeminded investors and partners – and we are a team with the motivation, experience and ambition to be a pathfinder on this journey.
We are now looking for a Junior Analyst to join us part-time and help us realize our ambitions at this exciting stage of our journey, where you have the chance to join Home.Earth pretty much from the beginning.
We hope we’ve caught your interest!
The role

Creation of the analytical foundation for our company-wide strategies
Take part in shaping our projects and methods for evaluating our impact dimensions of affordability, sustainability, and liveability

Take part in negotiation meetings with land sellers and partners
You will be responsible for holistically evaluating real estate investment opportunities together with our team, becoming a master of both the analytical elements as well as crisp communications. You will help ensure that we maximize the impact potential of each investment. And you will be part of creating the strategic foundation for our brand-new company, joining an exciting journey!
You will be working closely alongside Rasmus Nørgaard, Mathias Beck, Philip Unger and Emil Lassen – as well as our colleagues working with investments in Finland and the Netherlands. Meet our entire team at home.earth – they bring experience from companies like McKinsey, BCG, Maersk, NREP, BRIQ, CitizenM – and Nephew :)
