As Outbound Business Development Representative for the UK market, you are on the front lines of the sales funnel. Together with your colleagues, you help create the seeds that we need in order to continue to grow our business aggressively. Through various outreach efforts, you’ll book relevant meetings and demos with decision-makers at leading brands.


📌 Some of the tasks will include:

  • Be part of sourcing high potential companies and the right decision-makers that can benefit from TwentyThree’s solutions

  • Partner with the Head of the UK to devise prospecting strategies to create openings and opportunities

  • Develop, test, execute, and iterate messaging across multiple channels and industries

  • Conduct high volume but tailored and relevant outreach to the right personas at the right companies in order to book relevant meetings for the Head of the UK. Outreach channels will include email, Linkedin, phone, and occasional attendance at IRL events in the UK.


Requirements💪

  • Passion for startups and/or marketing tech

  • Understanding of digital marketing

  • Consultative mindset and excellent relationship management skills

  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of the UK/London market

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • Endurance skills, not afraid to engage in a new conversation, ability to get stuff done, and reach goals

  • Self-starter, energetic, thoughtful, ambitious, engaging, and team-player
