Do you want to be part of one of the most exciting start-up drinks brands in a growing new category? We are looking for a superstar to help produce our NoLo drinks.


Working closely with the R&D manager, your core role will be to assist with the production of our recipes at scale. You will be processing ingredients, pitching fermentations, testing liquids, updating control records, and bottling our products. You will learn everything about how to make each of the component parts of our drinks from start to finish, including wine, kvass, kefir, kombucha and infusions. You will also help clean our equipment and ensure the production area is clean and organised. The role will be full time based out of our production space in Copenhagen.

Whilst this is initially an internship position, we are looking for someone with the skills, knowledge and work ethic to make this a permanent role, and your responsibilities can grow quickly depending on your ambition. We have big plans to expand, and the internship is a spring board to a more senior position in the company at the most exciting time.


It is essential that you have extensive experience producing fermentations commercially at a high level, either as a brewer, winemaker, distiller, chef or similar. Ideally you will be an expert in both the science of fermentation as well as commercial production methods. If you have relevant academic qualifications then this is even better.

You will be demonstrably passionate about food and drink, preferably with a strong creative side to accompany your exceptional organisational skills. We need pro-active problem solvers, and you will be the type of person who can break through walls, find a way, and get things done. Resilience, organisation, and energy are key attributes you will have in abundance. The hours may be varied, it will be stressful at times, and you will be asked to pitch in across the board.
