At Accutics, we help enterprises and organizations optimize their digital marketing efforts through uniform data collection across customer touchpoints. Our platform is used by customers across the world including global Fortune 500 companies.
We are looking for a Head of Growth to drive lead generation and support customer journeys in a complex B2B setting. Marketing is the common thread through the Accutics customer journey covering advertising, sales, support, and product.
As a scaleup, we have managed to secure contracts with some of the biggest companies in the world although our marketing efforts have not been carved in stone. We need help building and executing a demand generation and retention plan. We see marketing as an integrated part of the full customer life cycle.
Here's what you will mainly focus on:
Create demand: attract enterprise prospects through targeted campaigns with tailored messaging in close collaboration with the enterprise sales team (account-based marketing/sales)
Collaborate with sales: engage with the sales team on an ongoing basis to optimize messaging, audiences, etc. Manage the creation of relevant content to support sales (case studies, slide decks, etc.)
In executing the tasks, you will manage budgets including contracting with paid media agencies
Play an active role in communicating about Accutics within the social media space, at industry events, and webinars to influence the brand's position as an industry leader
Other things that will require your attention down the line:
Onboarding & retention: support the onboarding and retention of customers through marketing deliverables for our customer success team
Upselling: identify upsell opportunities in customer data and support our sales and customer success teams with relevant messaging and collateral
You have experience with demand generation/growth marketing from a similar role
You have experience with planning and executing webinars
You love the MarTech space and are tech-savvy
You like to engage directly with customers and fellow peers in the industry
You have experience with testing and experimentation
You have hands-on experience with campaign execution (and love the practical work), yet you understand the need for and have a flair for delegating tasks to other people We have a full-time content creator employed and collaborate with freelancers and media agencies
You are an excellent communicator in English (maybe even native)
Located in Denmark or planning to relocate soon. We have our main office in Copenhagen
