Knowie makes it easy and fun to get to know your colleagues and create an inclusive team culture!

There is so much potential value coming from all the social aspects of worklife but no actual tools for organizations to work with the area strategically.

Therefore, Knowie have created a tool where teams can explore all the social things related to work together, through small themed games.

Along the way, they will have fun, get statistics and autogenerated insights and highlights while being highly engaged through gamification and some friendly competition.

So far, Knowie have had over 2.000 participants across 250 games and have gotten great feedback. But we still need to find the perfect product-market-fit, increase our stickiness and nail our business model.

About the role

Until we actually nail the product-market-fit, it’s going to be you, me and interns to carry out all the tasks.

I’m really good at marketing, websites and people. So you need to actually be really good at sales, conceptualising, packaging, branding and pricing.

Together we will define how we make Knowie investment ready and which tasks and activities we need to carry out to get there. We will together split the tasks between us.
