The Team

You will become a member of a global Product & Tech team located in Oslo and Copenhagen, building a multi-language, highly scalable, cloud native, multi market broker platform, with a gold mine of data waiting to be utilized.

Your responsibilities will grow to match your abilities and experience.

Your role

You love to solve user problems and create easy, efficient experiences for the user. Your responsibilities will cover

• Own the usability and user experience in all our existing applications forms and drive performance optimalization, conversion and usability across the group

• Data driven and knowledge-based decision support for business and product development.

• Leading and conducting user research

• Creating user journeys, wireframes and prototypes

• Collaborate with product, tech and other stakeholders to conduct usability- and AB-testing.

Skills and qualifications

We at Axo expect to understand our customers, we take all our decisions based on insight and knowledge. We are notoriously obsessing with conversion and performance optimalization.

Your skillset might look like this:

• Experience with conversion-driven user journeys.

• Been working professionally with UX design for at least the last 3 years.

• Eager to collaborate and test end-to-end experiences with the team and communicate the importance of excellent UX design throughout the company

• Problem solver with focus on continuous learning

• Capable of owning the design guidelines across the group.

Experience and proven competencies are more important to us than a diploma or a formal education.
