We are looking for a Japanese speaking intern for our marketing team to help us build and grow the Project Nord brand in Japan. You love art and marketing - and is interested in gaining practical experience on want how to work with modern global marketing channels like social media, e-mail newsletters, paid media, and influencers.

We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a duration of 4-6 months, minimum of 20 hours per week. Project Nord is growing fast and we have a lot of exciting projects planned - so you’ll be joining us at the perfect time!

Your Core Responsibilities can be from the following areas:

• Content marketing: Creating great content for our website, social media accounts and marketing campaigns, learn and implement SEO techniques

• Influencer marketing: contact to bloggers & influencers - coordinate campaigns, collaborations and monitor performance

• Social Media marketing: create and manage our social media platforms and content

• Communicate with Japanese customers via e-mail and chat

• Identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic and sales on our website

• Participate in the ongoing discussions about defining and building our brand reputation and presence in Japan.

You Must Be

• Energetic and willing to participate actively in the ongoing discussions about our brand and development of the company.

• Fluent in Japanese: (native speaker level) (read, write and oral)

• Fluent in English (business communication level). We communicate in English in the team, so you need to be confident to use English.

• Highly motivated and responsible.

• Creative AND able to work in a structured way.

• A proactive mindset - and quick to transform ideas into action

• You can be a student or on a working holiday

Prior experience with social media, affiliate marketing and influencers is an advantage but not a requirement. We will teach you all you need to know!
