About the role

You will be working closely with our experienced CFO and founder team and will be an integral part in the establishment of a strong data structure, solid finance processes, and a foundation for the continued growth of Shopbox.

Key responsibilities includes:

• Implementation of automated financial processes and controls

• Management of automated accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Preparation of monthly reporting, board pack, and key KPIs

• Implementation and specification of a central data warehouse

• Preparation of key aspects of financial planning and analysis

• Analysis of the business’ key performance indicators (Churn, LTV, CAC, MRR, ARR)

• Preparation of investor reporting

• Analysis and financial due diligence of M&A prospects

• Supporting management in fundraising activities

There are no requirements for prior training in this role. You will be an ideal candidate if you are ambitious, eager to learn, have a structured mind and a data-driven and analytical approach to projects.

• Relevant experience or education within financial controlling or business analysis

• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
