The two solutions are very innovative in the neuromarketing market, and we are currently looking for a number of people with the needed skill sets and capabilities to support this journey.
Job Description
Neurons is a rapidly growing business with a rapidly growing customer base. Therefore, we are now looking for sociable and motivated people for our Customer Success team, as we expand our efforts in helping and understanding our customers and improving our services.
As a Customer Success Specialist you will be directly engaging with global customers of our B2B SaaS solutions, which currently consist of NeuroVision, the Attention AI (see neurovision.io) and in the future the soon-to-launch NeuroOnline online panel (see neuronsinc.com/products/neuroonline).
You will be responsible for training and advising customers in utilizing our tools to improve their designs and other visual elements in areas such as UX, product design, in-store shelves, and advertising, in order to improve the visual attention of their products and other creations, in regards to their desired use cases.
You will also work to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement, as well as contributing to improving our methods and materials to ensure happy and returning customers.
It is essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills, are empathetic of nature, and that you are well organized and motivated and to help scale and define a team in the early growth-stage, by proactively assisting in building and optimizing our procedures, as an advocate for our customers. As this is the early stages, this also provides you with the opportunity to grow and define your career, and to leave your mark, within the organization.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain trusting and transparent relationships with customers
Onboard customers
Evaluate and analyze customer needs, and assist in providing solutions to meet and exceed them
Handle and resolve customer inquiries
Act as a customer advocate
Identify opportunities for up- and cross-selling of our products
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve our services, workflows, and products
Assist in identifying, collecting, structuring and utilizing customer data (use cases, personas, feedback, satisfaction, etc.)
Assist in identifying, creating, and optimizing use case and learning material
Requirements
2 or more years of experience in a customer service role
Fluent verbal & written English
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
Able to accommodate customer meetings in different time zones
Able to maintain pace in a fast moving and agile SaaS environment
Highly organized and a self-starter
Team Player who believes in open and honest communication
