ABOUT THE JOB

If you thrive in a fast-paced customer focused environment and love to find the right solutions for customers, then keep on reading… As a Customer Success Manager at Agillic you have the responsibility for your own portfolio of customers, which is assigned based on the individual’s experience and domain knowledge as well as the size and complexity of the customers. Customer Success is where Agillic's existing customers are taken care of by successfully driving day-to-day customer retention and growth via product adoption.

 

 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Understand our customers’ key goals related to Agillic and map these to a recommended value creating implementation scope in Agillic

  • Set in motion and drive activities to support retention and growth

  • Secure contract renewals and uplift – individually or as part of a team

  • Responsible for managing the customer life cycle and related activities

  • Liaise with Agillic’s Partner team on relevant customers

  • Act as the operational daily go-to for our customers and as business escalation point for our great Customer Support team


 WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU ARE 

  • Business proficient in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) and English. Knowledge of German is considered a plus

  • At least two years of solid experience working with digital projects (e.g. in a project or account management capacity)

  • Preferably 3+ years of solid experience working in either a Customer Success team at a software vendor or a marketing/CRM on the customer side

  • Experience with MarTech solutions is required. Either hands on or in a consultancy capacity

  • Experience from an agency is considered as a plus

  • Experience from a mid to large size company is considered as a plus
