Drive Talent Management across the global organization
As Talent Manager with LogPoint, you will drive our efforts to engage, attract and select the best talents across international business functions. With nine offices around the globe, we are looking for an experienced Talent Manager, who can proactively support recruitments, as well as develop an engaging employer brand.
Main responsibilities:
Build and develop LogPoint’s Employer Brand, e.g., our visibility on digital platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor, as well as participation in various events.
Drive recruitment processes with hiring managers, including writing job ads, sourcing, interviews, selection, and negotiations, etc.
Manage relations with headhunters and other vendors.
Plan and execute efforts for LogPoint’s long-term Talent Management strategy.
As you will be part of LogPoint’s People & Culture team, you should also want to contribute to daily operations, including various HR tasks, as well as establishing ‘best practices’ for the department.

A creative, analytical mindset and a talent for building engagement
In the role as Talent Manager, you will be responsible for both strategic, tactical, and operational initiatives, so it is important that you are a person who has vision and impact, but also know how to operationalize your ideas and make them live in a growing organization.
You have a strong recruitment toolbox, either from an in-house or agency role, and you are experienced in driving recruitment processes a-z – preferably with a deep understanding of technical profiles.
In addition, you have worked with employer branding on digital platforms, traditional media, events etc., and know how to engage candidates in our industry.
You should be excellent at creating interest in LogPoint and the opportunities we offer with high integrity and an empathetic attitude. Your proactive and structured approach ensures that both internal and external stakeholders always experience good processes and a high service level when working with you.
You are used to working with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean- and database searches. You understand the commercial side of talent management and know how to manage vendors, contracts, and campaigns. You have outstanding communication skills, and you are fluent in both written and spoken English.
We use the People Test Systems assessment tool, so it is a great advantage if you are already certified in this.
