The ideal candidate is based in South of Sweden, Copenhagen or Oslo area.
Moonboon was founded by Marie Grew and her husband Adam Grew. Our company produce and sell high-quality Danish-designed baby products, made from fine organic materials that are sustainable made.
We are on a fast-track growth journey, and have now transitioned from a start-up to a company with an impressive eight-digit yearly revenue within the last year.
We have earlier this year expanded, and are now in many retail stores in Denmark and Germany, and are looking to capturing the rest of Nordic, as well as other markets. As we are facing a rapid growth, we are now in need of a strong Sales Consultant, to establish and strengthen Moonboon in our Nordic markets.
You will, together with our B2B Sales Director, have the responsibility for developing and expanding our B2B sales in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and a positive energy. Someone who can multitask and still maintain a solid work structure. This person is a strong relations builder, and someone who gets highly motivated by building a business from the beginning. This role has a great potential for professional development and increase of responsibility.
Role & key responsibilities
Maintain relations and grow our business with existing retailers.
Identify new prospects in Nordic according to the Moonboon strategy and brand positioning.
Onboard new retailers.
Present, promote and sell Moonboon products with existing and new B2B retailers.
Plan and execute marketing and sales activities with retailers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Execute product and staff training for retailers.
General office work such as customer creations, order management, follow up on sales target, claims handling etc.
Sales experience from store or as a Sales Consultant on the road (bonus points if from the baby industry).
Experienced in developing and managing existing and new customer relations.
A driving licence is required.
Language (Swedish/Danish and English).
Microsoft Office user and not afraid of new system tools.
Is comfortable with travelling and being on the road.

Salary and commission according to qualifications.
