We are looking for a new colleague to join our team at our office in central Copenhagen, being our internal go-to-person for handling a range of administrative tasks for the office and the company.
Tasks include:
Administer practical tasks related to our office
Coordination with the landlord, lunch provider, cleaner
Ensure that office supplies, coffee, snacks, are in stock
Keeping office tidy and welcoming, including tidying after lunch
Events coordination
Planning and preparation of employee events and recurring internal meetings
Operational tasks
Help prepare and gather information for payroll
Keep employee records up to date
Help administer bill payment, reimbursements, and contact with a bookkeeper
Practical employee onboarding
Travel planning and coordination
The ideal candidate is able to work part-time around 20 hours a week and can attend the office most days.
