Use your expertise to build great campaign taxonomies
You will engage with our customers to understand their digital campaign activities, use of campaign data, and reporting needs. This knowledge will help you guide them on building and scaling their campaign tracking taxonomy across markets, channels, and business units.
Set up our customers for success
Once the taxonomy is defined, you will help configure the account in the Accutics platform and onboard new users by making sure they have the guidance they need to make the best use of the platform. This process includes tailored roll-outs with online training sessions, Q&A sessions, and follow-up platform reviews.
Help customers get the most value out of Accutics
You will play a key role in the ongoing dialogue with customers and proactively identify pain points and opportunities to propose the most valuable solutions to them. Customer feedback is an important part of our product development, and your customer collaboration and Adobe Analytics expertise will play a key role in creating new features and services.
You will have an amazing team beside you: our Adobe/Google Analytics specialist, co-founder Kasper Rasmussen, and our programmatic specialist, Sebastian Christensen will be joining you, so every day at the office will be filled with energy and great learning opportunities!
Minimum 1 year experience working with Adobe Analytics and a solid understating of campaign tracking (taxonomy) across marketing channels
A friendly, outgoing attitude and a desire to build long-lasting relationships with customers
Flexibility about working hours. Having customers across the world, we expect schedule flexibility to meet their needs and offer timely support and assistance
A strong work ethic and a great sense of responsibility. As a person, you take ownership of your tasks and have a “roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude when challenges arise
English fluency. You will be joining an international work environment, so we expect you to speak and write English at a professional level
Located in Denmark or planning to relocate soon. We have our main office in Copenhagen
