What you will be doing
Events play an important part in TwentyThree’s marketing strategy and commercial success. We are doing all kinds of engaging industry-leading digital, hybrid and physical events that support business growth through lead generation and brand awareness. As an Event Coordinator, you will be an integral part of organizing and executing our event formats such as big digital events for thousands of attendees worldwide, webinars and physical VIP dinners, and more. That’s quite cool. But what makes the role even more exciting is that TwentyThree is building the very tools that allow companies to run webinars and digital events. TwentyThree is digital events. And that makes the job as Event Coordinator at TwentyThree even more exciting.

Key Responsibilities 🤓
Build and establish event communities
Browse for and invite potential speakers and guests to digital and physical events
Follow up through email and phone to speakers and guests
Delegating event planning tasks to other staff members where necessary
Coordinating event entertainment, including music, food, performers, and guest speakers
Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors
Communicating with the marketing team to create effective advertisements for each event, and when necessary crafting marketing materials such as print and SoMe campaigns and posts
Planning multiple events at once
Work closely with other key members of the commercial as well as product and marketing teams.
Requirements 🚀
+2 years of event planning experience, preferably from another tech/startup company, but could also be from an event agency, festival, or enterprise company
Excellent time management, coordination, and project management skills
Team-player with strong stakeholder management capabilities
Thrives working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes with tight deadlines
An outgoing and sales-oriented personality
Ambitious, result-driven, strong communication-skills
Fluency in Danish and English preferred

Good knowledge and network within the event space
Experience working with events from another tech-company
Experience working as a project manager or in a commercial role in a marketing department
You love going to events and understand the elements that make the best of them stand-out
