We are seeking out a talented Product Development and Sustainability manager, to help develop and manage Nordgreen’s product portfolio, who also has the passion and knowledge to take on the responsibility for our sustainability journey. 

Responsibilities

This position is a unique opportunity for you to join an innovative, fast-growing organization and become an integral part of the future success by being responsible for developing the coming product range as well as driving our sustainability initiatives. 

As our Product Development and Sustainability manager, you will be responsible for managing the product development process – the tasks include: analyzing current market trends based on internal and external data used in the product development process, managing the process of our semi annual product launches and various design collabs, working closely with our Designer, our manufactures and our CEO in the process of developing new collections for our two annual drops (AW and SS).

Furthermore the role is also responsible for driving our sustainability initiatives - on both product level and throughout our organisation.

You are the perfect match if you have

• Experience with Product Development within the consumer goods industry - preferably watches and/or jewelry

• Experience with Sustainability within the consumer goods industry

• Are proficient in english, written and verbal

• Extensive experience with Adobe CC

• Extensive experience with Excel

Tasks you are responsible for

• Development of new products and commenting of samples in coordination with our designer

• Daily communication with suppliers - development and order placement  

• The annual launch calendar and management hereof, including coordinating with all relevant teams

• Trend and market analysis 

• Overall company sustainability - drive projects, set strategies and goals, keep our responsibility overview up to date, and measure, report and offset emissions, etc.

• Monthly reporting on sales numbers
